1. Our commitment
At Puntbull we want gaming to stay fun. For most people it is a form of entertainment, but for some it can become a problem. We are committed to giving you the information and tools to stay in control, and to acting when we see signs that a player may be at risk.
2. Tools to stay in control
You can use the following tools. Contact our support team and we will set them up for you:
- Deposit limits – cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month.
- Loss limits – set the most you are willing to lose in a given period.
- Session time reminders – get a reminder of how long you have been playing.
- Cool-off period – take a short break (for example 24 hours up to 6 weeks) while keeping your account.
- Self-exclusion – block your account for a longer period (for example 6 months, 1 year or permanently). During this time we will not send you marketing and will not let you reopen the account.
- Account history – ask for a statement of your deposits, withdrawals, wins and losses at any time.
Requests to lower a limit or start a break take effect straight away. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a waiting period.
3. Warning signs of problem gambling
You may need to take a step back if you:
- Spend more money or time gambling than you planned.
- Chase losses, or gamble to win back money you have lost.
- Borrow money, sell belongings or miss bills to fund gambling.
- Feel anxious, irritable or guilty when you are not gambling, or after you have gambled.
- Hide your gambling from family and friends, or lie about it.
- Neglect work, study or relationships because of gambling.
- Gamble to escape stress, loneliness or low mood.
4. Tips for safer play
- Set a budget before you start, and stick to it.
- Set a time limit, and take regular breaks.
- Never gamble when you are upset, stressed, tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Treat any losses as the cost of entertainment, not as money to be won back.
- Do not gamble with money needed for rent, bills, food or family.
- Remember that the games are based on chance and there is no guaranteed way to win.
- Balance gambling with other hobbies and activities.
5. How we help protect you
We monitor account activity for signs of risky play, such as rapid or large increases in deposits or very long sessions. When we see these signs we may contact you, suggest the tools above, or limit or suspend your account. Our staff are trained to deal with these conversations with care and in confidence.
6. Underage gambling
Gambling is for adults only. Please read our Age Restriction Notice and keep your account details away from minors.
