1. Minimum age to play
Puntbull offers casino games, sports betting and related gaming products. These products are for adults only. The minimum age depends on where you live:
- 18 years old in most jurisdictions where we operate.
- 21 years old in jurisdictions where the legal gambling age is 21 or higher.
- If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age than the ones above, that higher age applies to you.
It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you are, and to confirm the minimum age that applies to you. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Age and identity verification
We take age checks seriously. To protect minors and to meet our legal obligations, we may:
- Ask you to confirm your date of birth when you register.
- Ask for a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) and, where needed, proof of address.
- Use trusted third-party verification services to check the details you give us against independent databases.
- Ask for additional checks at any time, including before a withdrawal is processed.
Until your age and identity are verified, we may limit or suspend your account, including deposits, gameplay and withdrawals.
3. What happens if a minor is found using our services
We have a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we find or reasonably suspect that a person under the legal age has registered or played:
- The account will be suspended and then closed immediately.
- Any bets placed will be voided and any winnings forfeited, as permitted by law.
- Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where possible, after any required checks.
- We may report the matter to the relevant regulator or authorities where required.
Giving false information about your age is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may be a criminal offence in some countries.
4. Advice for parents and guardians
If children or young people can use your devices, these steps help keep them safe:
- Never share your Puntbull login details, and never save your password or payment details on shared devices.
- Lock your phone, tablet and computer with a password, PIN or biometric lock.
- Do not leave an account logged in on a device a child can reach.
- Install parental-control or website-blocking software (for example Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol or GamBlock) on devices used by minors.
- Talk with young people openly about the risks of gambling and of in-game purchases that work like gambling.
- Keep payment cards and e-wallets out of children's reach.
5. Advertising and our audience
Our marketing is directed only at adults. We do not knowingly target people under the legal age, and we do not use content designed to appeal mainly to minors.
