Gambling License or Regulatory Information

Last updated: October 2026

1. Our licence

Puntbull operates under a gambling licence granted by a recognised gaming regulator. The licence requires us to meet strict standards on player protection, fair games, financial integrity and the handling of customer funds. We cooperate fully with our regulator and may be audited and inspected at any time.

2. Fair and random games

3. Player funds and payments

Player deposits are handled separately from the company's operating funds where required by our licence, and we process valid withdrawals within the timeframes set out in our Terms and Conditions, after completing the necessary identity checks.

4. Anti-money laundering and security

5. Privacy and data protection

We only collect the personal data we need to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal data. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Eligibility and restricted territories

Our services are for adults only (see our Age Restriction Notice) and are not available in territories where online gambling is prohibited or where we do not hold the required licence or approval. It is your responsibility to make sure that your use of Puntbull is lawful where you are. We may restrict access or close accounts accessed from restricted locations.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

  1. Contact support. Message us on WhatsApp using the green icon on this page and we will try to resolve your issue straight away.
  2. Escalate. If you are not satisfied, ask for your complaint to be escalated to a senior manager, who will reply in writing, normally within 14 days.
  3. Independent review. If you remain unhappy, you may refer the matter to our licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body: [Regulator / ADR contact details].

8. Responsible gambling

We are committed to protecting our players. See our Responsible Gambling page for the limits, breaks and self-exclusion tools available to you, and for organisations that offer free help.

9. Changes to this page

We may update this information from time to time to reflect changes to our licence or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
